Northern Rovers is excited to offer a series of FREE coaching courses and online modules this year. We encourage all coaches, parents, players, and supporters interested in coaching to get involved. As we continue to grow as a club, building a strong coaching resource is key to developing our young players' skills and enjoyment of the game.

The courses focus not only on football knowledge but also on how to use questions to coach players — because asking the right questions often matters more than having all the answers.

The practical workshops will be run by Michael Halliday, and we strongly urge everyone to attend.

Please note:

• Online modules must be completed before attending the practical sessions. This ensures the workshops are as hands-on and effective as possible.

A key part of learning to coach is the practical practice out on the grass. If you are interested in more learning and want to engage in the JL2 or YL2 courses post the level 1s then please take a few months to practice and work with your teams. As a club we will run more level 2 courses around June/July for you to continue your learning.
