Exciting news for the Northern Rovers community! We are thrilled to announce the Australian Tour 2025 for our girls, offering a spectacular opportunity for our young athletes to showcase their skills down under in Brisbane & Gold Coast during the July school holidays from Saturday 5 July to Monday 14 July 2025. This exclusive tour is designed for girls in Grade 11/12, Grade 13/14, and Grade 15/16 in the 2025 season, bringing together adventure, competition, and unforgettable memories. With a robust schedule featuring 3 games, daily training sessions, and afternoons filled with theme parks and exhilarating activities, this is an unparalleled chance for our girls to shine on the international stage. July school holidays - Saturday 5 July to Monday 14 July 2025

ELIGIBILITY
Open to ALL girls in the 2 year age group catchments:


• Grade 11/12 - born in 2013 or 2014
• Grade 13/14 - born 2012 or 2011
• Grade 15/16 - born 2009 or 2010


Squad selection announced March 2024 comprising of 12 or 16 players per age group.

Selected players announced May 2024 with 12 players for the G11/12 squad and 16 players for each of the G13/14 and G15/16 squads.


50% of funds must come from fundraising activities. There will be one large club driven fundraiser (Gala Dinner with Auction). The rest will be the responsibility of each child and family, ideas will be provided and support given, but we want the girls to earn their ticket.

NRFC will match the deposit of all 44 players with a $5000 investment towards the trip from the FIFA women’s world cup legacy fund.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm tour attendance. There will be no refunds on any fundraised money for any one who has to withdraw from the tour for whatever reason.


Milford World Travellers are the nominated travel agent and will be handling all travel arrangements. Families will be able to accompany the players on the tour. Milford Travel can make adjustments for each family on an individual basis for a fee, if anyone wishes to stay on or travel early. People can make their own arrangements also.
